Leesburg, VA (January 26, 2026) – Due to the continued impacts of the winter storm, trash and recycling collection in the Town of Leesburg has been cancelled for Tuesday, January 27.

The revised collection schedule for this week is as follows:

• Wednesday, January 28: Northwest and Northeast (inside the bypass)

• Thursday, January 29: Northeast (outside the bypass)

• Friday, January 30: Southwest (plus Meadowbrook)

• Saturday, January 31: Southeast (except Meadowbrook) and any missed collections

Residents are asked to place their toters as close to the curb as possible.

The collection schedule this week for downtown commercial customers is unchanged.
