Annual Christmas and Holiday Parade Scheduled for Saturday, December 13

Decorated Fire TruckLeesburg, VA (December 5, 2025) –The Town of Leesburg will host its annual Christmas and Holiday parade on Saturday, December 13 beginning at 6 p.m. 

To prepare, King Street will be closed to vehicular traffic at 5:15 p.m. from Battlefield Parkway to Catoctin Circle. The parade will begin at 6 p.m. and usher Santa and his friends down King Street, through the heart of historic Leesburg. 

The parade will begin at Ida Lee Drive and end just prior to at Fairfax Street. Streets will reopen once clean-up operations by the Town’s Public Works Department are completed. Motorists should plan on alternate travel routes during this time. A detour map is available online at www.leesburgva.gov/parade-detour. Parking will be available at the Town Hall Parking Garage, the Pennington Parking Garage, the Loudoun County Government Center Parking Garage, as well as the Liberty Street Parking Lot.
