Leesburg, VA (September 15, 2025) – The Leesburg Parks & Recreation Department has launched its first app. Parks and Rec logo - transparent

The app combines the functions available to residents and patrons on the Department’s website and WebTrac, the existing Parks & Recreation online registration platform. This new free tool allows you to pull up a digital key fob to scan your membership pass for entrance into Ida Lee Park Recreation Center, quickly access the group fitness schedule in one click, view the current issue of Leesburg at Leisure, or even register for classes and book picnic pavilions or tennis courts through a direct link to WebTrac.

Users can also register to receive text or email notifications for registration reminders, pool closures, special events, and other important updates from the Parks & Recreation Department.

“The launch of the Parks & Recreation app is an extension of the customer service that sets the Town of Leesburg apart,” stated Parks & Recreation Department Director Rich Williams. “We hope our residents and Ida Lee patrons are able to more easily find the information they need on the go.”

The app is available for free download on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
