Leesburg Police Charge Teacher in Solicitation of a Minor Case

Leesburg, VA (August 20, 2025) – In March 2025, the Leesburg Police Department was contacted by authorities in Florida regarding an investigation into a solicitation of a minor through electronic communication. The authorities in Florida advised that the suspect was believed to reside in Leesburg, Virginia.

Leesburg Police detectives launched a comprehensive investigation, which included the execution of multiple search warrants. Through the course of the investigation, detectives identified the suspect as Antonio G. Ford, 28, of Leesburg, Virginia.

Today, Wednesday, August 20, 2025, an arrest warrant was issued for Ford on one count of solicitation of a minor.  With the assistance of the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, Ford was taken into custody at Lovettsville Elementary School, where he is employed as a teacher.  

He was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center, where he is being held without bond.
