Repairs to Ida Lee Outdoor Tennis Courts Rescheduled for June 20 - 23 Due to Inclement Weather
Leesburg, VA (June 17, 2025) – The outdoor tennis courts at Ida Lee Park will be closed from Friday, June 20, through Monday, June 23.
The closure will allow staff time to address necessary maintenance and repairs to the court surfaces. This work was originally scheduled to begin Thursday, June 12, but was rescheduled due to inclement weather. The outdoor courts remain open through Thursday, June 19.
During the closure, free walk-up play will be offered in the auxiliary bubble upon availability. Patrons are asked to check in with Tennis Center staff before entering the indoor courts.
The outdoor courts are expected to reopen Tuesday, June 24.
