The Applicant, U.S. Home Corporation d/b/a Lennar, is requesting a rezoning to allow for the construction of a 96 home townhome community.  The property (Property Identification Numbers 272-38-5124-000, 272-17-3068-000 and 273-46-3338-000) is 142 acres in size; however, the applicant is seeking to rezone only a 14 acre portion with the remainder to be retained as open space. 

Rezoning TLZM-2018-0004: to rezone approximately 14 acres of the 142 acre property from B-3 Community Retail/Commercial & R-E, Single-Family Residential Estate to R-8, Medium Density Residential to allow for the construction of a 96 home townhome community.

  • Current Status - Rezoning Application: The Town Council has denied this application. 

The proposed Town Plan Amendment, TLTA-2018-0003, was officially withdrawn by the applicant on March 8, 2019.
