DESCRIPTION:<div>The Engineers and Surveyors Institute has partnered with the Town to develop a Technical Review Committee (TRC) to provide oversight and input to the complete re-write of the Town’s Design and Construction Standards Manual (DCSM) as well as the Town’s Subdivision and Land Development Regulations (SLDR).&nbsp; As part of the open review process, the public is welcome to attend and provide input at any of these TRC Meetings or provide written comment to the Town’s Chief Engineer, Bill Ackman, (wackman@leesburgva.gov).&nbsp;</div><div id="x_Signature"><div></div><div>During the kick-off meeting, the committee will review the first few articles of the DCSM. All members of the public are welcome to attend.</div></div>
