Price: This free event to attend.
Event Description
Residents will have the opportunity to learn more about the services and equipment used to provide safe, efficient, and reliable services in the Town of Leesburg. Staff will be on hand to answer questions regarding each service while providing educational handouts and demonstrations.
Town vehicles will be on display in the back parking lot of the utility maintenance building, which will allow families to see vehicles up close while learning how each one operates.

Visit the Energy Efficiency Table
Stop by our Energy Efficiency table to learn simple ways to save energy at home. Our Sustainability Manager will be available to answer questions and share helpful tools and resources about reducing energy use.
Lightbulb Exchange
We’ll also be hosting a Lightbulb Exchange! Bring in your old non-LED lightbulbs and swap them for free LED bulbs (1-for-1) while supplies last. We will responsibly recycle all the bulbs you bring us.
The bulbs available are 60-watt equivalent, soft white (2700K) LEDs that use only 9 watts of energy—providing the same light while using a fraction of the electricity. Not sure what all that means? No problem! We’re happy to explain and help you learn what to look for when choosing the right bulbs for different spaces in your home.
