The November meeting of the Thomas Balch Library Advisory Commission will be held the 1st Sunday of the month in tandem with the Loudoun History Awards on November 1st from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. in Thomas Balch Library's lower level meeting room.  This is in place of the regularly scheduled monthly meeting of the Thomas Balch Library Advisory Commission for November.
