Thomas Balch Library proudly hosts its first-ever literary festival, Discovering the Past: Authors & Archives, a celebration of how history and genealogy inspire writing.

 What to Expect

• Morning Panel (10 AM): Fiction & archives with Sharon Virts, Sujata Massey, and  Linda Sittig
• Afternoon Panel (1:30 PM): History into nonfiction with Diane Helentjaris, Paul Kreingold, Larry Roeder, and Barry Harrelson
• Book signings, informal discussions, and the Emerging Authors Forum (3 PM)
