A VARIANCE OF THE SIDE YARD SETBACKS REQUIRED BY SECTIONS 5.4.3.C AND 10.4.5.C(3) OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
Pursuant to Sections 15.2-2201, 15.2-2204, 15.2-2205, 15.2-2308, and 15.2-2309 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the TOWN OF LEESBURG BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS on TUESDAY, APRIL 16, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers, 25 West Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia, 20176 to hear the following item:
BZA Case number TLZV-2019-0001 – A variance request to allow an existing dwelling to encroach within the 10 foot side yard setback required by Section 5.4.3.C of the Zoning Ordinance and to allow an existing overhang to encroach more than the three (3) feet permitted by Section 10.4.5.C(3) of the Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 210 Belmont Drive, SW and is more particularly described as Loudoun County Parcel Identification Number (PIN#) 231-25-9288-000.
