TO CONSIDER AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE
ARTICLE 9.5 TEMPORARY USES TO ALLOW MOBILE FOOD UNITS (FOOD TRUCKS/CARTS) IN COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICTS
Pursuant to Sections 15.2-1427, 15.2-2204, 15.2-2205 and 15.2-2285 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, the LEESBURG PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a public hearing on THURSDAY, April 19, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers, 25 West Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia, 20176 to consider the following amendments to the Zoning Ordinance:
- Amending Section 9.5.2 Permitted Temporary Uses to establish mobile food units as a permitted temporary use on private property only within commercial zoning districts B-1; B-2; B-3; and, B-4, and within Crescent Design District sub-districts CD-C and CD-CC; and,
- Amending Section 9.5.4 Standards for Specific Temporary Uses to establish use standards applicable to mobile food units on private property within commercial zoning districts B-1; B-2; B-3; and, B-4, and within Crescent Design District sub-districts CD-C and CD-CC.
