Streetlight Malfunction
If there is a streetlight out or not working properly in your neighborhood, determine which power company services your area by finding your street on the attached map below. Please include the address or location of the pole and if possible, the pole number. Then, please call either Dominion Virginia Power at 1-888-667-3000 or Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative (NOVEC) at 1-888-335-0500. You may also contact Ms. Brenda Howard at the Town of Leesburg Street Division at 703-737-7073 and she will prepare a work order for the appropriate service area.
All other streetlight requests (e.g. new installations, upgrades)
can be forwarded to Mr. Michael K. Bomgardner, Engineer with
the Department of Engineering and Public Works. You may contact
