CTAP

'The Town of Leesburg has been divided into sectors for the Crime and Traffic Accountability Program, CTAP. This program assigns patrol officers to the various sectors. The officers are then responsible for assessing community needs and calls for law enforcement services. Trends affecting the quality of life or criminal activity are identified so that additional resources in the form of community outreach, education of the public, and/or law enforcement may be employed.

These officers are available to answer questions and attend community meetings. If you would like to speak with your community officer please call the Leesburg Police Department, 703-771-4500, and ask to speak with your officer. If the officer is not on duty you will be directed to there voice mail and may leave a message for a future meeting.'
