ELECTRONIC BANKING: We encourage online electronic banking (if your bank offers this service) or via credit card using our website as a means of making the payment process more convenient to your schedule and as a way to help us reduce processing cost.
ONLINE PAYMENT: To pay via our website, click on the �Pay right now, online via credit card� link above. You will be redirected to the Official Payments Corp. site and will be able to make payment using a MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit card.
CALLING 1-800-272-9829 : By calling the number, you will be directed to Official Payments Corp. and will be able to make payments using a MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit card. (Jurisdiction Code 6203)
Using the online payment and/or calling 1-800-272-9829 results in an additional convenience fee added to your payment. For utility payments, Official Payments Corp. will assess a convenience fee of $4.95 for using this service. All other taxes or tickets will be assessed a convenience fee based on a sliding scale according to the amount of the payment being made. (Jurisdiction Code 6203)
CASH, CHECK OR MONEY ORDER: You can also continue to visit the Town Office at 25 W. Market Street to make a payment. Checks or money order can be simply dropped in the mail to P.O. Box 9000, Leesburg, VA 20177-0900.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Payment via Credit card can be made in person during regular business hours or by providing your credit card information on your payment stub and mailing it back to us. We can no longer take credit card payments over the phone.
