The Department of Plan Review oversees the review of site plans, subdivision plats, boundary line adjustments, boundary line vacations and other various land development applications for compliance with the regulations such as the Design and Construction Standards Manual, Subdivision and Land Development Regulations and the Zoning Ordinance. The Department reviews the following permits for compliance with the applicable regulations; Zoning Permits, Sign Permits, Trailer Permits, Home Occupation Permits, Projection & Streetscape Amenities Permits and Temporary Use Permits. Staff also signs off on Occupancy Permits issued by Loudoun County and Town Business Licenses issued by the Finance Department.
