Final design for the neighborhood streets improvements capital project is complete for this major roadway and drainage improvement in the Lowenbach Subdivision. Major improvements will include addition of curb/gutter and brick sidewalk to all five streets in the neighborhood (Blue Ridge Avenue, Catoctin Circle, Prince Street, Queen Street, Washington Street), addition of a storm drainage system, and traffic calming measures. The final design culminates the successful efforts of an Ad Hoc Committee of residents which worked for the past couple years to reach a consensus on the nature and design of the improvements.
Project Status: On schedule with expected construction start date of spring 2008.
