The Department of Capital Projects Management (CPM) manages the overall design and construction of the Town's capital improvement projects. These projects, valued at greater than $60,000 and with a useful life span of more than 5 years, include construction, renovation or demolition, as well as the acquisition of land or other asset.

CPM staff members meet with neighborhoods at scheduled night meetings to present proposed improvements and to address resident concerns. The proposed designs are presented to Town Council in public meetings to solicit input, and the projects are tailored to ensure that they serve the objective intended while causing the least disturbance to residents and neighborhoods.
