Friends of the Thomas Balch Library


Friends of the Thomas Balch Library, Inc. is a non-profit support group involved in marketing the library, fund-raising, program planning, and publications.  Other activities include The Black History Committee which is committed to preserving, collecting, promoting and sharing the history of African Americans of Loudoun County.
