In June 2012, Town Council adopted revisions to the Town Plan (Resolution 2012-077). The 2012 Town Plan comprises the goals and objectives to guide land development in the Town and the adjacent Urban Growth Area / Joint Land Management Area. The Plan includes 2 appendices - an action program to implement the Town Plan, and a table of off-site construction costs. The 2012 Town Plan supersedes the former Plan adopted in 2005.
