The Town of Leesburg Parks 1. Ida Lee Park
60 Ida Lee Drive, NW 20176
(138 acres) Recreation Center (2 indoor pools, gymnasium, fitness room, 2 racquetball courts, aerobics/dance studio, childcare room, preschool room, arts/crafts room, meeting rooms, a 3000 square foot event/meeting space with a full service warming catering kitchen) soccer/lacrosse fields, 7-court outdoor lighted tennis complex, a four court indoor tennis facility, 2 outdoor playgrounds, a picnic shelter with tables, a gazebo, and walking trails throughout the park. The park has a recently completed A.V. Symington Aquatic Center complex. The Recreation Center facilities are available rentals or large scale events. The outdoor and indoor tennis facilities are available for reservations. The gazebo, picnic shelter, and soccer/lacrosse fields are also available for rentals. Larger events can be accommodated through our full park rental.

5. Foxridge Park

playground, and W&OD Trail access. The picnic shelter is available for rentals.
6. Georgetown Park

(1/2 acre) Picnic tables, benches, W&OD Trail access.
7. Catoctin Skatepark
141 Catoctin Circle, SE 20175
(1/2 acre) Street skatepark with half pipes, quarter pipes, rails, ramps, vaults, and
fun boxes. The park is available for rentals before open hours.
8. Robinson Park

(10 acres) Baseball field, flag football field, trail, picnic tables.
9. Carrvale Park

(4 acres) Open space.
10. Greenway Park

11. Tuscarora Creek Park

(29 acres) Picnic shelter with tables, playground, W&OD Trail access. The picnic
shelter is available for rentals.
12. Veterans Park at Balls Bluff

(86 acres) Permanent access to be provided in the future. A passive use master plan
has been developed for proposed uses of the park.
13. Olde Izaak Walton Park
850 Davis Court, SE 20175
(21 acres) The park, once owned by the Izaak Walton League, includes a 3 ½ acre
pond, stream, trails, and a 7500 square foot building, which is available for rentals

. Future plans may include passive uses such as a nature center, fishing pier, picnic facilities, and a playground.
14. Freedom Park
101 Colonel Grenata Circle, SE 20175
(20 acres) Located at the intersection of Evergreen Mill Road and Tolbert Lane
adjacent to the Simpson Middle School. Features include the 9-11 Memorial
Garden, two softball fields, two baseball fields, and one football/soccer field.
The field house has a concession stand and restrooms. The park also has a picnic
shelter available for use.
15. Potomac Crossing Park
508 Shanks Evans Rd., NE 20176
(8 acres) Plans are in place for future public use.
16. Edwards Landing Park
901 Powhatan Court, NE 20176
(32 acres) Picnic shelter with tables, nature trails, Potomac Heritage Trail access. The
picnic shelter is available for rentals.
