Interested in knowing what a police officer does day-to-day? You can request to ride along with an officer from the patrol division. Simply fill out the application and waiver form (links below). Once the application and waiver forms are completed, you must bring both forms to Police Headquarters 65 Plaza Street NE during normal business hours, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You must show a valid form of identification when turning in your application and waiver forms. Once the application is processed you will receive a call from the Commanding Officer of the patrol division to schedule your ride along.
