About the Board
The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) hears and decides cases for variance requests, appeals of administrative decisions, and appeals of zoning map interpretations. The BZA is a quasi-judicial body whose members are appointed by the Chief Judge of Loudoun County Circuit Court for 5-year terms.
As necessary, the BZA meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:30pm in the Council Chamber on the 2nd floor of Town Hall (25 West Market Street). For more information, please see the BZA Meeting Schedule. Meetings are broadcast on the Town Government Access cable channel (Comcast Channel 67 and Verizon FiOs Channel 35) and are streamed live on the Town website.
