Town Capital Improvements
The Town of Leesburg has a very aggressive capital improvement program. Projects range from road and storm drainage improvements to recreational facilities like the new tennis bubble at Ida Lee to expansions of the Town's water treatment and water pollution control facilities. Battlefield Parkway
A major piece of infrastructure for the Town, when complete, Battlefield Parkway will provide an outer loop around the east side of the Town, outside the Bypass. The completion of this road will be the result of cooperative efforts between the Town, Loudoun County, VDOT, the Dulles Greenway and private developers. Commercial Construction
