Free Parking for the Holidays in Downtown Leesburg
Parking at the Town Hall parking garage, the Church Street parking lot, and on-street parking meters will be free from Thanksgiving to New Year’s Day.
Leesburg, VA (November 17, 2017) – Once again, the Town of Leesburg will be offering free parking throughout the holiday season in the Town Hall Parking Garage, at the Church Street parking lot, and at on-street parking meters in the Historic Downtown. There will be a two-hour limit on parking in the Church Street parking lot and at on-street meters on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There will be no time limit on parking on weekends, evenings and holidays at the Church Street parking lot and on-street meters, or on parking in the Town Hall parking garage at any time. Parking is free at the Town’s Liberty Street parking lot year-round.
Free parking in the Town Hall Parking Garage, at the Church Street lot and at the on-street parking meters will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 and will continue until 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 2, 2018.
The annual free holiday parking program is in support of the Historic Downtown Leesburg Association’s (HDLA) holiday shopping promotions. For more information about downtown activities during the holiday season, please visit the HDLA’s website at www.downtownleesburgva.com.
