Leesburg Police Department Volunteer Retires After 21-Years of Service

Leesburg, VA (November 8, 2017) - After 21 years of dedicated volunteer service to the Leesburg Police Department, Ron Leetch has retired.  Mr. Leetch began volunteering on the Leesburg Police Citizens Support Team in April 1996 and retired on Thursday, November 2, 2017.
“At a time where volunteerism is not as popular as in past times, I would like to congratulate and thank Mr. Leetch for 21 years of dedicated service as a volunteer on the Leesburg Police Citizens Support Team.  Your commitment to the Leesburg community is greatly appreciated,” said Leesburg Police Chief Gregory Brown.
The Citizens Support Team is a group of uniformed volunteers from the community who assist the Police Department with special events and emergency situations.
